Individuals wishing to attend a Challenge Workshop<\/strong><\/span> must fill out the online form:<\/p>

Application Form<\/a><\/span><\/h2>

There is no specific deadline to submit an Application: admissions are on a rolling basis, <\/strong>and it is recommended that applications be submitted as early as possible to receive prompt consideration and increase the probability of acceptance. When a Challenge Workshop is full, its title will no longer be available in the Application Form, and this will be marked on the event\u2019s webpage.<\/strong><\/p>

Applications are encouraged from all established scientists and scholars<\/strong> active in the research, clinical, and other scientific areas related to a Challenge Workshop. Participants are selected on merit only.<\/p>

Application and selection process<\/h2>

The application review and selection process typically takes place weekly on Mondays and Thursdays until the maximum number of participants has been reached for each Challenge Workshop.\u00a0<\/p>

The selection process will focus on assembling a scientifically excellent and diverse group, ensuring a very effective Faculty: Participant ratio. For this reason, the number of participants will be limited to a maximum of 20<\/strong> for each Challenge Workshop. Once the maximum number of participants has been reached, this will be notified on the NSAS website. A small number of applicants may be placed on a waitlist in case of later cancellations. Applicants will be notified via email whether or not the application has been accepted.<\/p>

Applicants are encouraged to provide detailed information accompanying their request to attend a Challenge Workshop. The selection process is a difficult task and solely depends upon the information provided by the applicants; it is highly recommended that particular attention be devoted to documenting how the applicant will benefit from the Challenge Workshop.<\/p>

After the Application has been accepted, the applicant is granted approximately two weeks\u00a0<\/strong>to register\u00a0<\/strong>and provide<\/span>\u00a0the NSAS with a receipt of payment.<\/p>

The specific deadline for registration and payment will be emailed to confirmed participants. If complete registration is not received within the deadline, the application will be cancelled. Should exceptional circumstances prevent an applicant from meeting the registration deadline, please email us immediately, and at the NSAS discretion, if time allows, and if this does not penalise other applicants, an extended deadline may be granted.<\/p>

Applications are encouraged from all established scientists and scholars active in the research, clinical, and other scientific areas of neuroscience.<\/p>

Registration Fees: \u20ac 795<\/h4>

Registration Fees include:<\/strong><\/p>

– Attendance of the Scientific Sessions<\/p>

– Gourmet Lunches during the Workshop at the Chetzeron Restaurant<\/p>

– Coffee Breaks during the Workshop<\/p>

– Scientific material before, during and after the Workshop<\/p>

Registration Fees do not include:<\/strong><\/p>

– Accommodation in Crans-Montana<\/p>

– Transportation to the venue (Gondola ride from the centre of Crans-Montana, price is around 15 CHF)<\/p>

– Meals and services not otherwise specified<\/p>

Accommodation<\/h3>

A few rooms are available for accommodating registered participants at Chetzeron<\/strong>, for a separate charge. This will provide the opportunity to spend evenings with the Faculty and the comfort of this unique venue. Interested participants are invited to notify the NSAS Organizing Desk at the time of Registration: the number of rooms is very limited, and we encourage early registration<\/strong>.<\/p>

The village of Crans-Montana offers a range of hotels and residences catering to all tastes and budgets, available for booking for stays of any duration, both before and after the Workshop.
